I was in an accident. I was referred to Dynasty. They took care of me right away! Yesenia was my point of contact. She answered all my questions as all of this was new to me. She also helped advocate for me with her company to secure a rental for two weeks, even though I only had liability insurance. That meant so much! My tow driver had a really precarious situation getting my car in the truck. Instead of getting frustrated, he used common sense and got my car on the tow truck with a smile. A lot of drivers would have said getting my totaled car on truck was impossible and walked away. My driver did not. Win!
